my hair is about an inch below my shoulders. Its thin and wavy...i straghten it EVERY day and im tired of it. I need tips on how to make the waves look better. I have mousse but it works at first and then just i guess "dullens" by the end of day and makes my hair look bad.
Any tips?

always use a forming gel like vavoom not a mousse because you want hold to wet/damp hair (mousse is too light), then blow-dry for a few minutes leaving hair still damp, then use a light hairspray to lock in waves.
