Dry wavy hair =[?

I've got quite thick-ish, naturally wavy hair, and when i leave it to dry naturally [ which i usually do because i'm not that skilled with a hairdryer =I ] it goes really dry %26amp; kind of frizzy, especially at the ends. I will then usually straighten it to make it look better but i know this is bad too..

What can i do to help my hair? Any techniques or tips, or products which'll make my hair softer and more moisturised?

Thanks loads xx

try herbal essences products like "pin straight" or "moisterizing". u should not blow dry or straighten ur hair often anyway, it damages ur hair. good luck!

try the frizz-eeze products.

sometimes a tiny tiny little bit of babby oil 2-3 drops rub in to your hair and it will look shinny but not greasy.

Garnier has a product just for frizzy curls. It looks like a small round bowl. good stuff

Buy some heat Protection products and If you dont already use conditioner I'd give it a try,

Otherwise I'd change you're shampoo to Aussie Miracle shampoo, Its great! You can get all sorts, I have the blue gum shampoo and it smells gorgeous and makes my hair feel so soft. I also have the deep conditioner which you use every week which really moisturises your hair, its great. I use it and theres this boy who sits behind me In English class stroking my hair, Kinda freaky and annoying but very flattering!

Aussie three minute miracle always seems to do the trick, but if u using heat on your hair you MUST use protection, such as a serum or heat spray. John Frieda's frizz ease about the best serum

Try a deep penetrating conditioner every other week, get it cut every 6 weeks and do not over heat it.

You should use a hydrating lotion, pomade or leave in conditioner, not a spray but a thicker lotion.

Put a fair amount in your palms and gently apply. Concentrate on your ends and work up.

Let your hair air dry as usual, try not to 'rough' it up with a towel, just squeeze gently. A lot of the time the reason for frizzies is that people are rough with their hair. Also using a good hydrating conditioner will help.

I feel your pain....curly hair can sometimes be a curse.....but once you learn to deal with it and manage it you'll be the envy of every straight haired girl alive!

Use moose after you wash and put a bag over it and when its damp turn your blow on cool and just wave it through! At at night make to braids(or more) and Braid then while adding moose!

I had quite thick long hair that tends to fizz or curl when its drying, but I had it all chopped last year into a short choppy bob (like Rhianna or Vic Beckham) with several shorter layers at the back. This has thinned my hair quite a bit.

But I also use a number of products too tame the wild beast :) I use Charles Worthington Shine Shampoo %26amp; Conditioner everytime I wash my hair, and a weekly hair mask by Frizz-Ease, Moisture Binding Deep Conditioner (I got this in Florida, so It might go by a different name in other countries).

Whilst my hair is still damp I use either Charles Wirthingtons' Blow Dry Balm if I do need to dry it , or Lee Staffords' Poker Straight Flat Iron Protection Shine Mist if I'm letting it dry naturally. Lee Stafford has a range of poker straight products that are really good! But the Mist definitely protects and smooths my hair whilst styling.

Then once styled I give my hair a shot of cold air from the hair dryer to seal the hair folicles, and finish with either Frizz-Ease Serum Spray or Lee Staffords' Dehumidifier to give my hair a nice glossy finish.

It all seems a lot of maintanence, but my hair has'nt been frizzy or thick since it's been shorter! ^_^*
