Samy hair products has a product called catwalk curls, it is amazing and can turn even the straightest hair into tummbling waves. I would certainly give it a try. We buy it from Ideal World T.V. shopping channel, I do not know where to get it from in U.S.A. but Sami does come from California. Try the internet.

Hair like that? That's easy. Get long to medium length layers, and moose to scrunch them with. Large hot rollers could work too. Herbal essences mousse is what I use, it's really well priced. Go for the curles and waves one, or the body envy mousse.
