Scrunching for wavy beach hair?

How can I get that look? I have a hard time scrunching my hair , cause its very fine and limp. I DO NOT want to get a perm. Could you give me some tips to scrunching, blow drying and what products to use to get wavy hair? Step by step directions please, and Thanks!!! : D

After you have washed your hair let it dry naturally, then in a spray botlle mix some salt and water, then spray your hair allover and use your hand to scrunch it and let that dry naturally. the salt in the water is like the water in the ocean so it helps create the effect.

After you towel dry your hair and it's still damp, put some product in your hands (a gell or mousse for fine, curly hair) and bend over so your head is upside down. Then smoosh the product in your hair in a grabbing motion-you know, like you're grabbing a ball or something. Then stand up straight and let your hair dry naturally. Don't comb or brush it.
