Wavy hair at home?

I love wavy hair. I really want it for school.

THE PROBLEMS: i take showers at night, i wake up at 6:50 and leave the house by usually 7:45, my hair doesn't always like to hold styles.

Any tips? and does salty water work? even if you took a shower the night before?

IF IT'S LONG JUST BRAID IT AND IT'LL BE WAVY WHEN YOU TAKE IT APART.

if you are showering the night before, let it dry ina towel for about 10 minutes and aftewards put your head upside down and use a towel to dry it some more and add a little curl. Use a volumizing serum by rubbing it between your hands and scrunching your hair. then use a mousse or spray all around and keep scrunching. don't use a hair dryer, just throw it in a bun right before you go to bed and add some volumizing spray in the morning. it usually works for me

Try putting sections in braids at night while its wet, then when you wake up in the morning take the braids out n put moose in it.

After you take your shower comb your hair, do french braided pig tails and then go to bed. When you wake up take them down and finger comb through your hair. If you want you can spritz your hair with some hair spray for a little extra hold.

roller set your hair after you take your shower at night and sleep overnight in rollers with some setting lotion, try olive garden nite curl soft rollers or plain old sponge rollers, remove rollers in morning and use your fingers or wide tooth comb to place your curls into the style that you want

remember that smaller rollers make tight curls and larger rollers make large curls and waves

When I was in High school I had to shower at night as well, but I would always wash my hair in the morning- just lean over the tub or use the kitchen sink. My hair has to be styled from wet in order to look decent.

Get different sizes of curling irons, then play with the different sizes and how you use them, like instead of curling under, curl up. A perm is another solution to wavy hair, just tell the stylist what kind of wave you want. But you will most likely need to was your hair in the morning.

Braiding your hair while itis wet is a great plan. Go get some curlers that are made for sleeping in. in the morning, you can have wavy hair. I think that if you get the fatter ones, then you will get a more wavy look rather then curly or ringlets. I saw some at the store that are just really fabric, they looked like they may be comfortable.
